Billing & cancellation

Monthly subscription
HairDraw plans are monthly subscriptions sold to clinics and other businesses. Each plan includes a number of simulated images per billing period. Payments are processed by our payment provider, which acts as the reseller (merchant of record).
Cancel anytime
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. After cancelling, your plan and its remaining credits stay available until the end of the month you already paid for; the subscription then does not renew and you are not charged again. Plan credits you have accumulated, including those carried over from previous months, expire at the end of that paid period.
Refunds
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law; failed simulations are returned as credits.
Credits
Unused credits carry over: each month’s credits stay available for 3 months, and the oldest are used first. If a simulation fails on our side, the credit is returned to your balance automatically (as a credit, not as money). Purchased credit packs do not expire, but they can only be used while your subscription is active; if you subscribe again, they become usable again.
Plan changes
You can upgrade at any time; the price difference for the current month is charged pro rata. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
